1. INTRODUCTION

Posterity Technologies, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with https://shingieti.com and our related solution services, website and application development, consulting, and coaching (collectively, the “Services”).

“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.

This policy describes our information practices. It does not waive your privacy rights or constitute consent to processing for which separate consent is legally required.

2. SCOPE

This policy applies to visitors to our website, people who contact us, and individuals whose personal information we handle for our own business purposes in connection with the Services.

Our website does not currently offer user accounts, user-upload features, contact submission forms, appointment booking, or online payment features. Personal information may nevertheless be provided through email or service-related communications, and technical information is processed when you visit the website.

When we develop or support a website or application for a client, that client’s privacy policy generally governs information collected through its website or application. Information we process on a client’s behalf is handled under the applicable agreement, lawful instructions, and legal requirements. Requests concerning that information should generally be directed to the client; we will assist as required.

3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:

  1. Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, or business contact details.
  2. Communications, including messages, questions, feedback, and support requests.
  3. Service information, such as project requirements, preferences, goals, and information needed to provide consulting, coaching, or development services.
  4. Business and transaction records, such as proposals, agreements, invoices, payment status, and related correspondence, if you engage us for paid services.

We collect this information when you provide it or when an authorized person provides it in connection with a service engagement.

Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment card details, sensitive health information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email. If a project requires sensitive information or access credentials, contact us first to arrange an appropriate method.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

Our third-party hosting and infrastructure providers process standard server-log information when you visit the website. This may include:

  1. Your IP address.
  2. Browser, device, and operating-system information transmitted with your request.
  3. Pages or resources requested.
  4. Access dates and times.
  5. Referring pages, where transmitted by your browser.
  6. Response codes, errors, and security-related events.

This information is used to deliver website content, maintain availability, diagnose technical problems, and detect or prevent misuse and security threats.

We do not currently use website analytics tools.

5. COOKIES, BROWSER STORAGE, AND TRACKING

Our website does not currently use cookies, browser storage, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels. We do not currently embed third-party videos or use external analytics or advertising tools.

Server logging described in Section 4 occurs independently of cookies or browser storage.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Consequently, there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising activity for a browser opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, to stop. This statement does not limit any obligation to recognize privacy signals under applicable law.

If we introduce technologies that change these practices, we will update this policy and provide any notice, consent request, or privacy choice required by law before the relevant processing begins.

6. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information, as relevant to your interaction with us, to:

  1. Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  2. Discuss, arrange, and deliver requested Services.
  3. Prepare and administer proposals, contracts, invoices, and business records.
  4. Communicate about projects, scheduling, service changes, and operational matters.
  5. Organize client relationships and service records.
  6. Support service delivery through cloud storage, AI capabilities, and other business systems.
  7. Maintain and protect the website and our business systems.
  8. Investigate misuse, security incidents, or suspected unlawful activity.
  9. Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We will obtain consent where required by applicable law before processing personal information for a purpose that requires it.

7. CLOUD SERVICES AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Client information may be processed through third-party cloud services, including storage platforms, artificial intelligence services, and customer relationship management systems.

We use these services to organize information, support communications, assist with analysis or drafting, and deliver the Services. We limit the information provided to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant task and applicable engagement.

We do not use client information to train AI models or authorize our AI service providers to use it for that purpose.

We do not use automated profiling to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Processing through these providers remains subject to applicable law and any confidentiality, security, or data-handling requirements in the relevant client agreement.

8. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information, as reasonably necessary, to:

  1. Hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver and protect the website.
  2. Email, cloud storage, AI, customer relationship management, and other business service providers that support the Services.
  3. Contractors assisting with an engagement, where access is necessary for their assigned work and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-handling obligations.
  4. Professional advisers, such as attorneys or accountants, where necessary for their services.
  5. Authorities or other parties when legally required, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, address security incidents, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  6. Parties involved in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
  7. Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and apply appropriate restrictions where required.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for no longer than two years from the date of collection, including copies in backups, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

This period is a maximum, rather than a requirement to retain every record for two years. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed or when deletion is required by law or a valid privacy request.

Where longer retention is legally required, we retain the relevant information for the required period and limit its use to the purpose supporting that retention.

At the end of the applicable retention period, we delete the information or render it no longer reasonably identifiable.

Information processed on a client’s behalf is also subject to the applicable agreement and lawful client instructions, including any requirement for earlier return or deletion.

10. INFORMATION SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the personal information we handle. Website hosting and related infrastructure are provided by third-party providers that supply security measures for their systems.

No website, email system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. This does not limit our responsibilities under applicable law.

If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice as required.

11. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

You may choose not to provide personal information. However, we may be unable to respond to an inquiry or provide a requested service without information necessary for that purpose.

Depending on your location, the nature of the information, and whether applicable law covers our processing, you may have rights to:

  1. Confirm whether we process your personal information and request access.
  2. Correct inaccurate personal information.
  3. Request deletion of personal information.
  4. Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
  5. Opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling, if those activities occur.
  6. Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  7. Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a request, email support@posteritytech.biz. Describe your request and your relationship with us. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, others’ rights, or other legally permitted exceptions.

If we decline a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable appeal process. To appeal, email support@posteritytech.biz with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If a further complaint right applies, we will provide information about the relevant regulator.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

12. CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

Our website is intended for individuals age 13 and older. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, unless retention is legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support@posteritytech.biz.

Users ages 13 through 17 should use the website with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision, consistent with our Terms of Service. We will apply any additional protections for minors required by applicable law.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. When you follow a link, the destination’s privacy policy governs its information practices.

Providing a link does not mean that we control the third party’s collection, use, or protection of personal information. Review its privacy policy before providing information.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, information practices, or legal requirements.

We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.

Posting an updated policy does not, by itself, authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where additional notice or consent is legally required.
